It is also ideal for the athlete that has struggled to find consistency in the past or has plateaued and wants higher level of accountability and support. 

$497 / Month based on three month commitment

Individualized program [with group coaching]

Ideal for athletes that have unique starting points in swimming, cycling and/or running, have challenging schedules to accommodate and/or want to target a particular event! 

All programs are unique on your personal availability/schedule, strengths and challenges. The program is developed with an Annual Training Plan approach to your specific needs and built specifically for you on the intentions you set each quarter. Unless you choose to have one to one meetings added, changes to your program are done by email or by attending Office Hours. Data review and analysis is done with you at office hours to evidence progression!

After only 7 months with Tenille and Team Element my overall fitness and strength has improved.
