MeetĀ Dr. Natalie McCulloch ND & Dr. Nicole Sandilands ND

Dr. Nicole Sandilands & Dr. Natalie McCulloch are naturopathic doctors, mothers and huge advocates for women health. They co-own Durham Natural Health Centre a multidisciplinary clinic in Ajax, Ontario that they have successful run for over 11 years.

They both started their studies at McMaster University where they obtained their honours degree in Kinesiology. Following that, they continued their studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and have recently become menopause society certified practitioners (formerly NAMS certified) an additional training they both obtained to be able to best support women moving through perimenopause and menopause. Their approach to care integrates nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, vitamins, minerals and HRT if needed. They believe if women have their health they are unstoppable!
