Do The MNTR in TWO WAYS:
DO-IT-YOURSELF (Team Element Athletes Only)
You can enter the program at any time and dive right in at your own pace. When you begin, you’ll receive an email weekly to keep you on track. And don’t worry, the system is laid out with videos and resources so that you can clearly follow each step! You also have access to live weekly coaching calls so you are fully supported in your efforts.
GROUP COACHING
Several times a year, we open the MNTR for Online and In-person group sessions. You will be guided weekly through the system and be part of an extraordinary small group of like-minded women looking to move, nourish and play to their best! There will be weekly emails and office hours to keep you accountable and on track for success!

Affirm your Health fundamentals by ensuring the most critical components of what brings energy to our being are on point. You will explore the latest science on breathing, sleep and gut health. Learn how your reproductive life stage (pre- / peri- / or post-menopause) impacts your training, nutrition and recovery.
TRAIN IN HEALTH +
Specifically you learn how to nourish your body and how to time your nutrition so you can feel good in your body again. You will remove the chronic “hard” training and change it to kick-your-ass intensity and blissful metabolically optimal aerobic training. It is time to learn and apply how to manipulate energy intake and expenditure to align with your body, your environment and your goals.
TRAIN FOR PERFORMANCE +
Training to achieve a personal best is different than training in health. If you want to take your training to the next level, you can lean deeper into the edge of incremental gains of strength, power and endurance. You learn how to add nutrition and/or supplement support to keep your immune system strong and body adapting to stress. You will take on the work to develop a mindset for excellence on demand. You will rise to the challenges you set with courage and tenacity.
MINDSET +
Nothing works if we don’t have a mindset to thrive. The starting point is identifying your values. Without clarity of values you may struggle to respond to challenge and setbacks. You can get stuck in negative self-talk and untruths. Then we set intentions/goals that are connected to the awareness we have built around our priorities and our challenges.
